Whether you’re preparing for birth, integrating after it, or simply navigating life’s many other transitions, these sessions help you come home to your body and inner resilience. I blend guided relaxation, reflection, hypnosis for birthing, and energy-based healing to support emotional release, balance, and deep reconnection.

These sessions help you to calm your nervous system, release tension, and reconnect you to your body’s wisdom. I support people of all sexes, genders and sexual orientations, race, ethnicities and cultures, religious or non-religious backgrounds, ages, and abilities.

*Note: This work is available separately from the HypnoBirthing program, meaning you do not need to be pregnant or enrolled in the program to access it.

Each session is customized to meet you where you are — whether you’re looking for birth-related preparation as part of your HypnoBirthing® program add-on, postpartum healing or recovery support, or general energy and emotional balance, we can identify the modalities that will serve you best. All sessions are held virtually, so you can join from the comfort of your home, from anywhere in the world.

HypnoBirthing® clients (enrolled with me or another educator) have access to additional certified scripts, curriculum and techniques to support relaxation, fear release, and birth & postpartum planning. Check out the frequently asked questions for more about what that could look like.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • While energy may seem abstract, it plays a crucial role in our health and well-being. Energy work is a gentle, non-invasive approach that supports the body’s natural capacity to self-organize and heal. Rather than forcing a change, we create conditions—relaxation, safety, clear intention—so your system can let go of what’s not needed and strengthen what is.

    You don’t need to understand or “believe in” energy work to benefit from it. What it takes is simply an openness to experience something new together. I liken energy work as a way to bridge the tangible and intangible layers of your experience — helping you find more space, calm, and clarity in how you feel and respond.

    Energy isn’t limited by physical proximity — which means healing can happen from anywhere. During a distance session (via Zoom or phone), I connect with your energy system intentionally, with your permission, to support clearing, balance, and integration.

    Most of my training and client sessions have been done virtually, and the results are just as tangible as in person. Many clients describe sensations like warmth, tingling, deep calm, or emotional release — even though we’re not in the same room.

    I’ll admit, I had questions about this myself early on. But over time, it’s become second nature — a reminder that we’re all connected within the same field of consciousness. Occasionally, I offer in-person sessions as well, so feel free to reach out if that’s something you’d prefer.

  • HypnoBirthing and energy work are complimentary approaches, both work with the deeper layers of our experience.

    • Hypnosis-based work uses relaxation, visualization, and mindset tools to support behaviour change and confidence.

    • Energy work, on the other hand, engages the system as a whole — the subtle “connective tissue” that links your physical, emotional, and spiritual experiences. Through intuitive awareness and gentle energetic clearing, we help release congestion, restore flow, and create the inner conditions for balance and healing.

    Common focuses include:

    • Releasing anxiety, fear, or emotional overwhelm

    • Regulating the nervous system and improving sleep

    • Postpartum recovery and emotional recalibration

    • Processing birth or other significant life events

    • Feeling “stuck,” depleted, or disconnected from self

    • Rebalancing during hormonal or energetic transitions (pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, menopause)

    For HypnoBirthing® clients, sessions can also be used to revisit pain-relief and relaxation techniques, strengthen partner support, do an additional fear release or birth rehearsal, help with placenta previa or getting baby into optimal position, or to prepare for interventions such as induction and cesarean.

  • Perfect — you don’t need any prior experience. All that’s required is openness and curiosity. I’ll guide you through everything, and you’re always in control of the process. You can share as much or as little as you’d like — I’ll follow your lead.

  • Yes, partners are welcome in HypnoBirthing-focused sessions if it feels supportive for the topic.

  • Every experience is unique. Some people feel warmth, tingling, or subtle movement in the body; others feel emotional release, deep rest, or gentle clarity. You might feel lighter, sleepy, or more aware in the days that follow — as your system continues integrating. Some feel physical sensations; others feel subtle shifts or simply a calm awareness.

    If you’ve done deeper clearing work, it’s normal to feel tired or reflective afterward (much like after a massage or good cry). Staying hydrated, journaling, and resting support the process.

    You remain in full control and your consent and agency are very important to me. I encourage you to notice any feelings or memories that pop up during our session, as they can help with the healing process. You'll have a safe space to share anything or keep things to yourself if you prefer.

    When we go through trauma or stress, it disrupts our flow and puts us into cycles of fight, flight, freeze. By rebalancing our systems, we gain steadiness to deal with whatever life throws our way. At the heart of my practice is the belief that we all have natural ways to heal ourselves - I’m just there as a support and guide for the changes that your system is already ready for.

    There’s no “right” way to experience it—your body knows what to do. I encourage people to take what serves and leave the rest.

  • Energy work and hypnosis for birth are safe, gentle holistic health practices that should complement not replace medical and mental health care.

    While these modalities can be deeply supportive and transformative for health and wellbeing, I do not seek to diagnose or cure any ailment of the body, mind or spirit.

    I do not provide psychotherapy, counselling, prescribe substances, or make decisions for you.

    If complex concerns arise (such as mood disorders, active addiction, or medical conditions), I will recommend collaboration with appropriate healthcare providers.
