While I’m based in Yukon, Canada, I teach mainly online so can support you from anywhere in the world.
I live and work on the Traditional Territories of the Ta'an Kwäch'än Council, Kwanlin Dün and Carcross Tagish First Nations in Whitehorse, Yukon. I am endlessly grateful to create my life and raise my family in this beautiful and peaceful place. My son was born on Truth & Reconciliation Day and while every year, it reminds me of the countless lives lost and families separated by the Residential School system in Canada and horrific effects of colonization around the world, I am also inspired by the tremendous strength and resilience of Indigenous peoples and the potential for healing and learning that is available for us all as human beings. As a White Settler I acknowledge my continued responsibility towards reconciliation and respect the original peoples of this land as well as the teachings and relationships that inform my practice, including from Hindu and Buddhist traditions.
