Drawing on my background in public health, HypnoBirthing® education, nutrition, and energy work, I offer evidence-based childbirth education and intuitive mind-body support to guide you through pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

Over five transformative weeks, you’ll gain a deep understanding of the body–mind connection in birth and powerful techniques for relaxation, breathing, and self-hypnosis. Together, we’ll help you release fear, trust your body, and create an empowered, positive birthing experience — and beyond.Available in small group and private formats.

1:1 support & healing sessions
Personalized, intuitive sessions for pregnancy, postpartum, or any stage of life. These sessions weave together relaxation, reflection, gentle energy work, and guided meditation — with HypnoBirthing® tools integrated when relevant — to calm the nervous system, support emotional healing, and help you reconnect with your body’s natural wisdom.
Each session is customized to meet your needs with the right blend of education, energy work, and embodied support.
Hi! I’m Molly Pratt.
I’m passionate about helping people show up in life — and in birth — with all parts of themselves. Whether you’re preparing to welcome a baby or deepening your own healing journey, my work is about reconnecting you with your strength, wisdom, and capacity to create change.
There’s no one right way to give birth or to heal. My role is to offer grounded guidance, practical tools, and space for deep listening — so you can find your own unique path to embodiment along the way.

Research from the HypnoBirthing® International Institute between 2005-2010, also showed that Mongan Method participants reported:
Significantly fast labours - shorter 1st and 2nd phase of labour, 45% of HypnoBirths happened in 8 hours or less
Fewer interventions - only 17% required c-sections, compared to national average of 33%
More confidence & connection - Almost all parents reported less fear going into birth and a deeper bond between birthing person, baby and birthing companion
Less pain and epidural use - 77% of HypnoBirthing parents who birth vaginally did so without the need for epidural anesthesia
