In this 5-week interactive course, you and your birth companion will learn how to:

  • 💪 Understand your body’s natural physiology — how the uterus, hormones, and nervous system work together

  • 🧠 How to use visualization and affirmations — to rewire new pathways in the brain

  • 🌬️ 3 core breath techniques - so you can relax and stay connected to the body through each stage of labour

  • 📝 Make sense of evidence behind common interventions & developing self-advocacy skills — so that you feel informed going into conversations around care

  • 🤝 Use practical tools like movement, touch and positioning to support comfort and progress, plus what birth companions role is

  • 💓 Build confidence and release fear, using self-hypnosis, visualization, and guided relaxation

  • 👶 Prepare for postpartum — practical tips on breastfeeding a newborn that works with their physiology not against them, reviewing safe infant sleep, and how to promote bonding and emotional recovery

What’s Included:

  • Live weekly sessions with real-time feedback and practice

  • Facilitated deep hypnosis for fear release, rehearsing for the birth you want, pain numbing, and relaxation

  • Bonus private 1-on-1 prep call close to your due time

  • Parent Course Materials: workbook, textbook, guided audio tracks, and evidence-based handouts

  • Exclusive resources: relaxation & fear-release scripts, comfort guides, birth preference templates

Who’s it For:

Ideal time to start is 20 - 32 weeks, though accommodations can be made if you’re closer to.

The program is designed for you and your birth companion to take together.

Perfect for you if you’re:

  • Expecting your first baby and feeling unsure where to start

  • Birthing again with new intentions or had a challenging prior experience that you feel is getting in the way of being able to relax and enjoy this upcoming brith

  • Hoping for a more positive experience

  • Wanting your partner to feel confident and involved

  • Curious about evidence-based mind–body tools for birth and early parenting

  • People looking to reduce unnecessary interventions and stay calm and connected when interventions become necessary

Why Join?

HypnoBirthing® isn’t about “perfect” birth — it’s about feeling safe, supported, and informed, no matter how your birth unfolds.
Research shows that families who use these techniques experience shorter labours, fewer interventions, and higher satisfaction with their birth experiences. But honestly, my favourite thing to hear from my families after taking the course is — “I can do it! And I know I’m going to be ok, no matter what.” Because to me, it’s not what your birth looks like that matters, but how you feel moving through it!

“I felt so much more empowered this time having all that knowledge. I feel like in my first birth, birth happened to me. And then I birthed my second baby.” - Second time, HypnoBirthing Mom

FAQs:

  • Created by an award-winning hypnotherapist, HypnoBirthing® is designed not only for calmer, more empowered birth experiences — but for personal growth and transformation. It’s one of the most comprehensive programs available today, covering everything you need for a confident, healthy pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experience — with the hands-on guidance and support to bring it all together.

While some people prefer to learn independently through books or online courses, this live format offers facilitated learning, instant feedback, and personalized support. You’ll have the structure, accountability, and encouragement to truly integrate what you learn.

As a certified HypnoBirthing Educator, each week I guide you through deep relaxation, self-hypnosis, and evidence-based education that support your body, mind, and baby. It’s practical, experiential, and deeply transformative.

I’ve been continually amazed by the outcomes families experience through this program. It’s a meaningful investment in yourself and your family — one that keeps giving long after birth. If you’d like to talk it through, I’d love to connect for a free consultation.

  • Not at all — it’s for all types of births. Whether your birth is vaginal, induced, medicated, or by cesarean, the tools are fully adaptable. Understanding the body’s natural physiology helps you make confident, informed choices — including when using an epidural or requiring an induction or c-section. Knowledge is power, and this program helps you stay in the driver’s seat.

  • The practices work best when you are supported so even if you don’t have a partner, it’s encouraged that you bring a friend, parent, sibling, or doula along to take the course with you.

  • For the group class, it’s best to start between 20-32-weeks. If you are further along, we could explore a condensed 1:1 series.

  • Hypnosis is a natural, deeply relaxed state — like daydreaming or drifting to sleep. It allows access to the subconscious mind, where habits and beliefs live, so we can replace fear-based programming with calm and confidence. You remain fully aware and in control at all times — all hypnosis is self-hypnosis.

  • No. I provide education, tools, and emotional support for informed decision-making, but medical questions should always be discussed with your healthcare provider.
